When you feel blocked, confused, or standing at an invisible crossroads, sometimes a simple spark is enough to redraw the path. Clavis Viae – "key of the paths" in Latin – is a ritual intention candle, crafted to guide these transitional moments and open unseen ways. It is handmade in our workshop from 100% natural beeswax, with no additives or artificial fragrances, to preserve the purity of the magical act.
At the heart of each candle lies a rice paper scroll, carefully inserted during creation. This parchment bears a path-opening seal, inspired by occult traditions. It is accompanied by a prayer, composed to activate intentions of release, passage, and clarity. Before being embedded in the wax, the paper is infused with a few drops of essential oil, chosen for its properties: cedar to dispel obstacles, lemon for mental clarity, or holy basil for spiritual elevation.
Scattered within the wax are several stones – such as red jasper, clear quartz, or aventurine – that support the ritual act. These stones become visible as the wax melts. Once the candle has fully burned, they can be retrieved, cleaned, and reused in other spiritual practices (amulet, path sachet, or intention recharge).
The candle burns for approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, an ideal duration to accompany a complete ritual, a guided meditation, or a divinatory session. This flame is designed to open both symbolically and energetically the internal and external passages: finding your way, unblocking a situation, making an important decision, or simply regaining control over your personal path.

Recommended use:
Before lighting Clavis Viae, take a moment to clearly formulate your intention. Sit in a calm space, conducive to focus. Light the candle and allow the embedded prayer to express itself through the flame. You may accompany the burn with meditation, card reading, or intuitive writing. Once the wax is melted, the visible stones can be removed, cleaned, and recharged.
